FAQs

We are a streamlined approach to helping with your dog’s basic veterinary care needs. Effectively, a “shots and testing only” convenient service.
We provide the same level of care as your regular veterinary clinic provides regarding best practice for minimizing infection/trauma. We DO NOT reuse needles and/or syringes.
We will send you a record of your pet’s service including test results once they are available.
We accept all major credit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Care Credit at this time. Please ask for a receipt.
It is normal for your pet to experience to be somewhat lethargic or tired after receiving vaccines for a day or two. This is an indicator that your pet’s immune system has been stimulated. If your pet has vomiting or diarrhea, welling (particularly around the face), hives, collapse or difficult breathing they are experiencing an allergic reaction and need to be treated immediately at your local veterinary emergency clinic. Most pets tolerate vaccination very well. If there is concern of how your pet may handle vaccination, we recommend NOT to have more than two vaccines done.
Time permitting, we gladly will help walk-up appointments. However, it is best to register on our website so we can ensure we have all the necessary supplies to help your pet the day of the event. Registration is simple. Vitals Check/Brief Exam is only $20 for those that preregister only. Otherwise, the fee for walk-up care is $30.

Please consult your regular veterinarian for guidance on interpreting test results and/or treatment. Being a limited mobile shot/testing clinic, we do not offer long-term hospitalization, imaging (x-rays) and/or surgery. To ensure all of your dog’s veterinary needs are being met, it is very important to have a current relationship with a fully equipped veterinary clinic.
